Kennon HVAC Pasta Cookoff 2023

After many debates between Kennon HVAC Founder & CEO Clint Kennon and Advertising Manager Nic Cioffi about who’s the better chef, we put them to the test! Clint said “name it!” when asked what dish could give him a win. Nic chose to use his Italian American heritage and it was decided. Our chefs were to present a winning pasta dish, judged by the staff in a blind taste test.

On the day of the cookoff, I can guarantee you that no other HVAC and plumbing warehouse smelled so good! The cooking duo were busy chopping, shaping meatballs, adding their special seasonings, getting ready to serve the staff and crews a lunch feast.

Everyone gobbled up the pasta and cast their votes for the best dish. When the dishes were done we had a clear winner – the melty, cheesy, positively delicious pasta with basil sailed to an easy win. Since I don’t want to embarrass the loser, I won’t name the winner. I’ll just say, New York Italian’s got nothing on Forsyth’s Son. Who says down home men can’t cook?? Certainly not the team at Kennon HVAC!

"Of course my furnace stopped working on one of the few cold days we have had this new year. I was very grateful that this company has emergency Sunday hours because that is when I needed them. The technician was exceptional. He found the problem in less than a minute and fixed it. He also took the time to make sure the rest of the unit was in good shape.
